What are the plans for the temporary casino buildings after the new structures open?

They better maintain it properly. The last thing we need is a large shoddily built structure decaying right there. We have plenty of very well built structures decaying already.

Superduperman, where'd you hear that? That would be a rather unfortunate use for a building downtown.

I agree Lmichigan, especially with such a large parking structure next to it...

Any chances of selling it to the city to use for their police headquarters?

Urbanize,
how is Greektown going to be utilized as gaming space? It not located next to the permanent casino going in, and cannot be connected by everyone's favorite pedestrian device, a skywalk. Maybe I am missing something here, if so, please fill me in.

The greektown casino is staying where it currently is. It is going to be expanded out over lafayette. The new construction in greektown is for the hotel and parking.

From what I last remember Gambling_man saying... the "moving sidewalk" skywalk will instead be a regular skywalk. That is actually better for because skywalks with moving sidewalks (such as that one connecting Somerset North & South) are rather bulky compared to non-moving ones.
