I heard a rumor that the financing for the Eddystone & Harborlight has fallen through; does anyone know anything about this?

They are huge projects; it would be a real shame if they fell through.

talked to an owner's rep about those projects at the beginning of november. it's the same owner/developer as the carlton building. she (owner's rep) told me that the carlton condos are selling a little slower than expected, so those projects have been delayed until the market picks up a bit. they were still on at that point.

the eddystone might be renovated into apartments first, then converted to condos in five years (to utilize historical tax credits). [this would be a change from the original plan.]
