An interesting article on shrinking cities from USA Today of all places. It covers Richmond, VA in detail and also touches on Cleveland. Detroit could learn a lot from these two cities.

The American suburbia, cars, racial tensions and its super sprawl contributes to its growth not only in Detroit but also in most U.S. cities.
