Hello, I was listening to the Tatum Eason radio show on AM 1400 yesterday at 9:00 p.m., and he read a press release stating that a new restaurant was going to be built at the site of the former DPD police station on Woodward at Wayne State University.

This effort is being spearheaded by the "400 Monroe Associates".

Anyone have any more information about this

well considering that the central precinct hasn't moved to new center yet, it's not exactly a "former" DPD station yet (unless i'm thinking of the wrong building)

maybe this is why Fishbones did the free college night shuttle on Thursdays from old main downtown to Fishbones and the casino. Testing to see if there was a college market and I know plenty of people went. Now maybe theyll open a smaller midtown location.
