I have a few yearbooks from the late 50s for Highland Park High School and one from 1957 for St. Leo's. They were about to go out to trash and I was wondering if anyone here would be interested. |

The Burton collection at the Detroit Public Library actively collects high school yearbooks. Why not call them up and see if they need yours? |

Yes, do that! One hundred years from today some great great grandson will thank you beyond words. Believe me. Ray1936, hooked on genealogy since 1997. |

That's an excellent idea! I hadn't thought of the Burton collection. Initially I was thinking maybe somebody on this site went to those schools and would be interested, but donating to the library may be a better option. I just couldn't bear seeing them put out on the curb for trash pick-up. |

You might also sell them on ebay. I see old, and not so old, high school yearbooks there a lot. |
