Anyone know? Times Square, Park and State are all fenced off. There were a few contractor-types walking around, but couldn't really tell what's going on. |

Down there about half an hour ago. No pics, sorry. The area for the terminal is fenced off. Porter potties are placed around the perimeter of the area. My guess is that work starts within 3 weeks. (Message edited by SCS100 on May 04, 2007) |
