Hey, I have two urgent needs this week. I'm looking for a good dry cleaner and a place where I can get a copy of a set of keys made. I'd like to stay in downtown, but am open to places in nearby neighborhoods. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.

Supersport is right! Anyone who can stay in business for 25 years on the corner on Second and MLK knows something about locks and keys! :-)

Another choice, Busy Bee Hardware on Gratiot and Russell.

For some reason I keep trying to think of a funny reason someone might suddenly need both of those services. Sounds like it might make a good sitcom joke. :-)

I'm sure BusyBee in Eastern Market or Brooks Ace Hardware would do the key too. McKig is the best advice I could give on a cleaner (I got to the martinizer in Warrendale). I don't know if the Guy on Cass by Twingos is still around, but he did a crappy job.

In addition to McKig, there is also dry cleaner in the RenCen.

You can also get keys made at the RenCen. The shoe repair shop by Comerica and Enterprise has a key machine.
