I’m looking to have some work done in my condo that requires a professional. Can anyone recommend a local contractor or handy man to do some minor work such was Crown molding and installing an interior door? I opened the phone book and was overwhelmed by the 44366646 listings for “Handyman” and “Contractor”. So I thought I’d see what the forum has to offer. Thanks for your help. -Chris |

I looked at interior doors at "Home and Door Products" (can't remember exact name) at 11 Mile and Coolidge in Berkley, and Lowe's; and both were high quality and professional. I ultimately went with Lowe's since they were cheaper, and I have no complaints. |

Try KP Custom Construction. They focus on trim work so would be great for the crown as well as the door. 734-891-0293. They did my kitchen and I couldn't have been happier. So I had them build my deck and a custom wooden fence, and a basement home theater.... |
