I'm sure I'll get nowhere, but The street lights on Forest were on for a week and now they're back off. Who could I notify about this and is it even worth it?

Listening to the recordings gives them countless hours of entertainment.

Laughter being the best medicine, of course, this rolling blackout cost savings probably saves the city in health-care for the Lighting Department employees...if it weren't for all that high-risk and weather insurance.

Of course, the whole rolling blackout scheme IS just a Motown Myth...right?! Heh.

My suggestion:

Go outside by the street light and flip a coin 1,000 times.

55% it will come up heads
45% it will come up tails
0% you will see a Public Lighting truck pass
