I didnt really expect a change of venues for the FSC, just fishing for folks to come to McCarthy's. I would come to the Well after the films, but all of the socially retarded members of the FSC will be gone because they have to be home by 10 to watch Sex in the City, American Idol, or some other marginally interesting programing... Just kidding, I know most of the FSC geeks go home early because of 9-5 jobs and low alcohol tolerance, you excepted I-J! | ||

I've discovered that you can safely Quinn a girls' haltertop at The Well and no one will object. Thanks for helping with that research, Susanarosa. Also good to see Meliss, recently back from France. She reports that life in Germany must be agreeing with Cafe, since she's dropped 25 pounds and looks fantastic. Along with the hot chicks, we had Toolbox, Eric C, Jams and Erik_D, who brought his dad. Hope to see everyone next week. | ||

Thanks jjaba, but I am eating like the Germans. They eat a lot of fresh food, and they hate preservatives. I am just moving a lot more, I actually sleep for more than 4 hours a night and I have a lot less stress. All this adds up to a much healthier lifestyle, while still enjoying a good beer, bratworst, and apple struddle. | ||

Yeah, it's only in America where you have to be miserably strict with yourself and STILL not lose weight. Cafe has learned part of the secret...eat well of things closest to their natural state, but make certain to ENJOY life...let that stress fall away. Next thing you know, you've lost weight...without pumping loads of bland manufactured 'diet' food into your gullet. I'm back at my HIGH SCHOOL weight for the first time in twenty five years, after moving into the loft and controlling my intake in MY kitchen... ...we'll see IF this years Free Press marathon goes by any quicker, too!!
