Circumstances: The Saginaw Police Department is investigating an incident of 3 endangered missing children where their mother was found deceased and are investigating the death as a homicide. At 6:30 PM on 11/24/08 police discovered the children's mother deceased and the children missing. The children are believed to be in extreme danger.
