Hello Friends, neighbors, acquaintances and internet arch-nemeses, tonight is the second annual FREE LEGAL AID CLINIC summer party at PROOF downtown. The door charge is $5 and all proceeds benefit the Free Legal Aid Clinic. There will be a DJ spinning and lots of fun will be had by all. FLAC is staffed by Wayne State University law students and has been providing free legal services for Detroit's indigent population since 1965. As always, there are more potential clients than we can provide services for, any money we raise goes to offset our operating costs, and allows us to see more clients.
