What all is closed in the 96/75 construction project? What is going to be the best way to get to Belle Isle from the western 'burbs via 96? Cut across on 94 to 75? |

I-94 to Mt. Elliot to either E.Grand Blvd or Jefferson. |

Depending on the time of day, stay away from I-94 altogether. It's very busy around rush hour. Traffic is always backed up on the exit from 96 to eastbound 94.
I-96 is open to I-75 north to I-375 to Jefferson to Belle Isle. |
