As there are a lot of discussions about public transit on DetroitYes, I wanted to let people know that Megabus is giving away 100,000 tickets including Detroit and Chicago.
Go to megabus.com and put win2008 in the promotion code slot. Travel must start on or after January 16. We got 5 tickets round trip to Chicago on MLK weekend for the 50 cent per order booking fee. The weekend after that is also available for that if you come back Sunday Morning. Sunday Evening is $2 per ticket.
They pick people up in Grand Circus Park and Wayne State.
