Just a note for those interested -- I was just informed that Elmore Leonard is signing the beams at the Scarab Club. A reception will be held on Friday September 14th, from 6 to 9, with the beam signing at 8pm. While he will not be selling any books there, he is willing to sign for anyone who brings his books from their collection. This event is free and open to the public.
The Scarab Club is located at 217 Farnsworth between John R and Brush; directly behind the Detroit Institute of Arts and the Detroit Science Center. Call 313-831-1250 for more information. |
