Can anyone post pics of those apartments that have been re-habbed? Are they mostly condo or rental,and if rental are they more upper-crust type rent or regular joe oriented? Every time I tour the site, it just floors me. I suggested to a co-worker that he should take a look, that it would amaze him, that he would never see such a waste here in Germany and that Detroit was once one of the wealthiest cities on the face of the Earth.
