This morning riding to work i saw some folks with hard hats going into the GAR. Could this be the next building redone?

There wasn't just a work crew there....I passed by on my bike heading to work this morning around 8am....they had a small contracting crew...and channel 4 news van...with a cameraman and such huddled around the enterance...which was unboarded and waiting for entry.

First step to demo.
1) Unknown folks w/ hard hats
2) Tear that schitt down
3) Gravel Parking Lot (no landscape, no lights)

Hope I'm wrong.

it was a walk through inspection for anyone who signed up over the past couple of weeks.
they suggested hard hats, flashlights and a dusk mask to go in today.

We were a part of the group walking thru the building this morning.

A little disappointing, no real decorative elements.

A team of us maybe taking a run for the building.

I can not say who was a part of our group, but there was probably 30 - 50 people.

There were several architects and builders we recognized.

The original wooden staircase would be a great feature in a 2 story eatery.
