Cemetery funds misused, state says: Owner of 28 Michigan properties disputes audit report; regulators are preparing complaints

Among the 28 cemeteries are two of Detroit's historic cemeteries: Woodmere and Woodlawn.

It's interesting for me to see this. I have quite a few family members in both Woodlawn and Woodmere, and I've noticed a definite improvement in the management and maintainence of both facilities, especially Woodmere, since these people bought them. Hm.
