Cityscape Detroit - Detroit's oldest and largest non-profit devoted to urban planning, urban design, urbanism, adaptive reuse of old buildings, mass transit, greenspaces, and the "built environment" - has spots available in a "restuarant crawl" on Tuesday, Sept. 26. It is a unique opportunity to visit Detroit’s newest restaurants; sample their dishes; learn about their contribution to the redevelopment of Midtown, Corktown, and the East Riverfront District; and socialize and network with other "built environment" professionals. First stop is Twingos at 6:00pm, then Currents on the River and finally Slows Bar BQ. For more information, go to www.cityscapedetroit.org The cost is $20. Spaces are limited. |
