Midtown Neighborhood Tour – Saturday, September 23

City Living Detroit (www.citylivingdetroit.com) will be hosting its final neighborhood tour of the season, Saturday, September 23. The tour will feature The Carlton Condominiums, Edmund Place, The Ellington Condominiums and The Lamar Condominiums.

The Carlton – The Carlton is a 51 unit historic structure in Brush Park. The building features custom units with great views of the downtown skyline.

Edmund Place (www.edmundplace.com) – 291 Edmund Place is a gracious 1882 original, being meticulously renovated into for distinct living spaces. The conversion of this substantial home into condominiums has allowed the dwelling to be adapted to the modern urban lifestyle – yet with an elegance that is absent from contemporary design.

The Ellington (www.ellingtonlofts.com) – Be the first to view the one of the most anticipated developments in Midtown. The Ellington is a newly built 55 unit, mixed-use development featuring a Starbucks, La Salle Bank, Fed-Ex Kinkos. Model units will be available for viewing. The building is 70% sold.

The Lamar – Be the last to view the two remaining units for sale in this 10-unit historic structure.
