Midtown Neighborhood Tour – Saturday, September 23 City Living Detroit (www.citylivingdetroit.com) will be hosting its final neighborhood tour of the season, Saturday, September 23. The tour will feature The Carlton Condominiums, Edmund Place, The Ellington Condominiums and The Lamar Condominiums. The Carlton – The Carlton is a 51 unit historic structure in Brush Park. The building features custom units with great views of the downtown skyline.
