I was recently snooping around Brush Park area. I wanted to check in on Slumpy and had to settle for a look-see from Mack Ave. Brush street seems to be ripped down to the dirt from the stadiums up to Mack. I did pass the Ransom Gillis house but eventually gave up on any more wandering around.

Clearly they are rebuilding the street, and a few others it appears. It needed it. I guess I'm wondering if anyone knows any more about what's going on. Last Spring there was a lot of activity going on around there and now, except for the street work it seemed pretty quiet - mothballed. At least the one way streets I mistakenly wrong wayed didn't care!

yah, better now than later here - not much along Brush to get disrupted right now. Nice to see it coming along after such a long slide. Too bad so much was lost. At least a bit of it was saved. Boy, I don't know about Slumpy though... looks rough.

New concrete roads in Brush Park ghettohoods means nore longer lasting pavement for cars. Who needs cheap breakable asphalt!
