Kathleen, did they come out with one on Detroit Movie Palaces?

Of course that one would probably require Michael Hauser's help. He did such a good job with the Theatre Historical Society's 1995 Detroit Movie Palaces "Marquee" book, as well as the 1995 Michigan Theatre "Annual" book.

I'm getting psyched for the 2006 Downtown Detroit Historic Theatre Tours..... I'll be the on site guide at the State Theatre again, my 8th year. It seems that every year I get a new State Theatre assistant guide. I hope I don't scare them away every year! But I do love theatre trivia, especially about C. Howard Crane.

I haven't seen one on Detroit's movie palaces. Last I heard, Michael was working on one covering the downtown retail stores (as a complement to his sold-out-again book on Hudson's).
