The program seems humane to me and sounds like it could save some public money. |

Intriguing idea. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I like the idea that this would get some of the most chronic homeless off the streets, but it seems almost like they're warehousing them. After some thought though, I say f it. Give it a try. It's not like anything else is having a dramatic impact. However, I don't know if I would have given them such a nice place and on the edge of downtown on top of that. |

Seems like it's worth a try. It doesn't sound like anyone is forced to live there, so it is humane in that sense. |
