I think it means that the guy that owns Ruth's also owns a downtown restuarant that would be sold with it | ||

It means he bought the rights to open a Ruth's Chris Steak House in downtown Detroit, still has not done so, and is now selling those rights back to the parent company. | ||

Could also be Ford Field, where past rumors have swirled about a RC steakhouse going as well. For my money bring back the London Chop House or Joe Muer's and forget RC. |
