AtDetroit, creators of DetroitYES.com, is pleased to offer a FREE* classified ad service contingent upon acceptance of the terms and conditions cited below. By using this service any and all parties [listers, sellers and buyers] must agree to the terms and conditions. Ads may list items for sale, items sought, personals, etc. just as in any classified listing.
Terms:
> *FREE listings are offered to DetroitYES forum members on the following basis.
If the member has made a:
> Minimum of 500 posts or has been a member in good standing for over 12 month with a minimum of 200 posts– the member may list no more than 1 item at a time and 3 free listings maximum per year or if the member has made a:
> Minimum of 1000 posts – the member may list no more than 2 items at a time and 6 free listings maximum per year or if the member has made a:
> Minimum of 1500 posts – the member may list no more than 3 items at a time and 9 free listings maximum per year.
> Time Limit: Listings may run for a maximum two calendar months. It is the listing member’s responsibility to post a followup message reporting that the listing is terminated if that occurs before the time limit.
> Exceptions: Any member with a minimum of 25 posts seeking or offering employment may make a free listing. These listings may run for three calendar months. In the case of members seeking employment, extensions may be granted upon request by posting a followup post.
Additionally, public service messages, community announcements, free events or cultural events may be listed for free.
> Paid Listings: Listings beyond those free conditions may be considered for a minimum donation of $25 per listing paid in advance. Click Email Lowell to request a paid listing.
> Donations for successful transactions resulting from listings here are encouraged. Click Support This Site to make a donation.
> How to make a listing:
1-Click Start a new thread.
2-Clearly title the item you are listing. If it is an event list the date in the title.
3-Clearly, concisely and honestly describe the item in the message box. Only 2 pictures per listing permitted. Only personal items or services that you own may be listed. If an item is listed for sale only one price per listing is allowed, i.e. no lists of prices for several items.
Conditions:
Simply put the responsibility is yours. If you list something or if you buy something listed on this board, the deal is between the parties involved. All parties agree to hold AtDetroit blameless and AtDetroit assumes no responsibly for anything that go may wrong in any transaction resulting from a listing here. AtDetroit will try its best to keep these listings honest and any abuse of this service will result in banning from the forum and loss of any rights of listing.

By using this service as either a seller or buyer all parties must agree to the following:
You agree that listing items on this site and or buying items listed on this site is entirely at your own risk. Atdetroit disclaims any warranties for the reliability, quality, delivery of, payment for, accuracy and performance of any items offered.
You agree to indemnify and hold AtDetroit harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of any item you list or buy from this site.
You agree not to list anything that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability; that impersonates any person or entity, is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch"; that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
AtDetroit reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes made become effective immediately upon the posting. AtDetroit reserves the right to remove edit any listing or end this program at any time without notice or explanation. Expect these conditions to change frequently particularly at the outset.
