Does anyone know anything about this building? It is located on Grand River just behind the Merchats Row parking garage. The club has had some progress, but I have not seen any information on it, nor the building next to it. The building next to it had the exterior redone and new doors. During the time immediately following SBXL, the lights were ALWAYS on, but I have not seen any progress since.

Did that place have a temp cabaret permit during SBXL? I seem to remember a place right where you're talking about that had music (maybe it was just the street performer nearby) and a buncha people drinking at that time, though it was "minimally decorated" inside.
