Question 3:

Do the Miss Dig flags on the former Rochdale site (SE corner of Lafayette and Orleans) mean that something is finally up? More windowless senior housing maybe?

Huggybear, a developer was planning on building luxury townhouses there last I heard (seriously). CC reluctantly approved the deal after complaining about low-income senior citizen housing being replaced by luxury housing. Haven't seen any plans though.
