What Detroit TV station carried the Howdy Doody Show?

A sad passing, "Final Clarabell the Clown Dies at 84".

In Detroit we got to see two versions of Howdy. The U.S. version with Buffalo Bob aired on WWJ Channel 4, while CKLW Channel 9 aired the Canadian version, with Buffalo Bob Smith's brother as host.

The big question though is whether I am the master of old TV, or the old master of TV. I guess I'll take either one.
