Nice shot, Ezoner. Looks like Colorado Ave., Lowell's old haunts. Nice use of river coblestone on the facade. jjaba |

Right on the money, Jjaba - corner of Colorado & John R. I'll try to get over to the "urban prarie" this week, where the "rural-like" land is being cleared of trees... |

Loved the photo. Will the administrator's house be next? Let's have more of Highland Park!! Start with the NW corner of Moss and Woodward, once the beautiful Mosswood Apartments, former home of two generations of the-rock's, now just a parking lot. Amazing what a match and gasoline can do. |

A pride and joy for someone once upon a time. I'd hate to have to pay to re-roof that place, though. |

So what style is that? Is it a rusticated arts and crafts? A two story bungalow? what would you say? Neat house, kinda weird ... it is a good world that once upon a time someone sprung for a little bit extra in their dream home once upon a time ... |

That whole area has nothing but customized houses from old auto execs so they are all very different. My sister has one of the houses that are in that pic..it's a nice 3 story. She has a dog, so stalkers beware..and her husband is a gun nut. |
