Reincarnation of Jeffrey from M'Waukee? He lived midway between my high school - Marquette University HS - and my first of three colleges - MU.

I heard that due to problems renting out the Oxford Apartments afterwards, it was razed. This happened in a city where buildings rarely get bulldozed - unlike Detroit.

I'm waiting for the day when he encounters the wrong pet. Maybe a pitbull trained to attack. He'll get what he deserves, a delicious mauling!

In some areas, people have a habit of letting animals wonder around loose, and gives sickos like this fodder to practice on. I hope someone catches this clown and then practices the three S's. (Shoot..Shovel..and shutup)

Sorry, but any human flotsum that would do something like this deserves nothing better. If they catch this dirtbag, they will probably just give him "community service" because he/she only killed animals. Then there is the 90 day evaluation in the "crisis center."

This would likely be occultic/kabbalistic rituals. Detroit area got enough satanists around.

While I'm usually on the more "liberal" side of things .... I'm in agreement with UncleFrank. The 3 S's will save the taxpayer a tonne of cash, and stop this sicko from being released. First animals, then bigger and better things.

I say if people like this are caught, punished, and then have to be released back into society they should be permanently tagged, with an id chip, like the animals that they are, to keep track of their every step and make a permanent record of their every location for the rest of their pathetic lives. This should be done for all violent criminals released back into society. If you learned your lesson from jail time and don't become a repeat offender, then no harm no foul. But many ex cons fall back into a criminal lifestyle. Then they should die in prison.

Makes no sense whatsoever, but then things like this hardly ever do. Beyond the fear of a future serial killer, what they've done to the animals is reprehensible.

I've heard that the news is blowing this story out of proportion. There have not been any missing pets reported and the majority of the animals are coyotes and wolves.

Even if the pets that are killed don't belong to anybody, the fact that it's happening and in sickening ways is sad.

Was not the last two a Cocker and a Bull puppy? The pup had his legs bound before he was killed!?!
