Due to high ridership of SMART BUS RTE. #560 Gratiot. The SMART bus system will add a new route # 565 Gratiot Limited on April 3rd. This bus will make everyday limited stops and pick ups through Macomb Co. Cities. Do you other SMART bus system expansions?

I think that last line was intended to read: "Do you think there will be other SMART bus system expansions".

Focus: or are you saying "What?" because you think someone else must have figured out Danny's password and is posting constructive messages under Danny's username? :-)

http://megabus.com/us/index.ph p

For anybody that has seen the billboard ads- this is pretty interesting. You can get a roundtrip non-stop bus trip from Detroit to Chicago/Cleveland/Columbus/Cin cy/Indy for only $2.50.

I just checked out that site. What is the catch? They have to be running this at a loss at $2.50 round trip.

i ran a sample trip to chicago for mid april and it priced out to $16 because I chose more attractive arrival/departure times. I could still have done it for $2.50 with less attractive times - but it looks to be a 5 hour round trip service. Doesn't seem to have any "catches" to it - just all purchases are made online, and the more in advance you are- the better chance of doing it for $2.50

That is interesting, although it looks like you can only go to Chicago from Detroit. Still, quite the deal. Ever use megabus before?

That is interesting. I thought my train trip was cheap at $45. Although I wonder how accurate those schedules are, due to the ever-increasing traffic in Chicagoland.
