I heard they are building the Downtown HQ AND rebuilding all dilapited Detroit neighborhoods through 50 year interest free loans. And they are bringing in 500,000 new residents to live in the new Rock Subdivisions (May as well go big if we are making stuff up) | ||

I heard that Microsoft is relocating their HQ from Washington State and all their employees to a new 100 story building to built Downtown. Additionally, they are funding the Book Cadillac and the Fort Shelby renovations for visiting business associates. Also, they are providing interest free loans through Rock Financial to any employee to relocates to the City Of Detroit, no Suburbs. I am surprised this is not in the paper??? | ||

Neiman Marcus will be joining Microsoft in their new downtown location filling up the first three floors of retail. The will be joined by national retailers including Crate and Barrel, Willims-Sonoma, Coach and Z-Galleries. The development will also include an all new AMC-Star movie complex.
