All I see is potential too. I wonder if that Indianapolis company is looking at other downtown properties to rehab since their renovation of the Kales was incredibly successful (you can't get much better than 100% leased).

It is all about what happens when the Kale goes condo in a couple of years. At one point the company was looking at the BT, but said if they did anything it would be years off.

Mansur is actively looking throughout the city, the right deal just hasn't surfaced yet.
