Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham are not on the list, I can not imagine they are really hospitable to the homeless.

I don't think the homeless flock to bloomfield hills and birmingham...
maybe they do?
It's probably the homeless super bowl party that took detroit off the list. I wonder how much tickets are for that.

A lot of homeless "regulars" do go to Birmingham. I shouldn't say a lot, but some.

I had a Bums to Bloomfield plan a while back.

Wow, Anchorage, AK is on the list. It would be miserable to be homeless in Alaska. Never really thought about the homeless in the subartic climates.

Not that it wouldn't be miserable anywhere. But I could probably deal with being homeless in Sarasota, if I absolutely had to.
