The garage I park in on Lafayette is doubling its monthly rate to $185 in a few months and I was trying to find some monthly parking deals out there, anywhere in the CBD. It's going to be nice weather so I can walk (or use PM) if the price is right.

Where do you all park?

The lots on Lafayette in front of the courthouse are $100 per month. In front of the old Free Press building is a little less.

What about COBO roof or Millenium garage? Last time I checked they weren't accepting monthly parkers until after the super bowl. Did anyone hear this too?

WOW, $50 is a great price at the opera house. That might actually motivate me to join the Y.

I stopped driving I now take the bus. $49.50 per month all you can ride..both DOT and SMART.......I did pay $200 a month to park at the Kennedy Garage. I hear they will open it again soon, BUT NO MONTHLYs. They will have parking for tenants of the new building built on top of the garage and the rest of the spaces will be transient

FOX parking garage - $2 a day. Maybe I should look into a parking pass.. if I wasn't so sure I'd be getting laid off again soon.

Too bad there isn't a central location with all of the parking listings. Perhaps an online database like the one that tracks gas prices in the area would be a good idea.
