Nice shots.

Does anyone have any pictures of the building with the old facade? I am finding it hard to visualize what the building used to look like.

It said the marquee is down? Do you know what is in the plans? Or are they just trying to clean up for superbowl?

They are just cleaning up, but Ilitch has said that he has plans for his buildings set to come out early 2006.

Here's a photo from WSU taken from Bagley and Clifford during the mid sixties.

United Artists 60s

It looks like a Gina Lolabrigida film "Women of Straw"(?) is playing. Kind of hard to read.

Is this the one you want to see, or the earlier marquee?

I just posted a photo showing the old marquee, at night, looking down Bagley from GCP on the Old Detroit Moviehouses thread, if you want an idea of what was there before.

Nice photos Andrew. Good to have a historic file of the bldg. since changes are sure to be around the corner.
(Which is the Tuller) if you get my drift.

Thanks/Merci, eh.
