I think this development was mentioned earlier this year but did we know the possible scope of it then? There's a new article out where the Bridge Co. is basically saying they are going to try and use the Detroit Port Authority contract to build or at least control any new crossing...

So is it the Port Authority that would be part of the new crossing? Sounds like bad news.
