It looks as though the building will be turned into 250 units and will be completed in 3 years. Pre-leasing will begin early next year.

I know this subject has been discussed in depth but I couldn't find any Argonaut threads that were not archived.

That is a beautiful building and the New Center has serious potential as a residential and commercial neighborhood.

Won't this be the largest historic reuse for residential to date? I'm glad to hear they are finally getting around to it. This has been in the works for the last 2 years or so.
