Saw this and thought it worth a mention.

A guy from Harbor Springs, who is scratching out a living as an underemployed actor and proofreader, saw a man fall onto the subway tracks, jumped in and saved the guy.

An attaboy goes out to Chad Lindesy from Harbor Springs!

Minutes after rescuing a man who had fallen onto the subway tracks at the Penn Station stop on Monday, Mr. Lindsey managed to melt back into the anonymity of the city, escaping the notice of the police, paramedics and subway workers.

I always hated the platforms at Penn Station. It wouldn't surprise me if that sort of accident happened more there than other stations.

that sort of action requires a bunch of courage
