I didn't see this posted anywhere. I remember seeing someone mocking the "failure of this development" or something like that awhile back.
Apartments occupied on the top floor, now a healthy amount of office rented on floors 2-3, and most of the first floor commercial space rented, plus the developer saved the facade. Give this developer some credit. Further proof that downtown developments continue to succeed slowly under the radar of our local cynics and despite of the economy. Kudos!

Great example of mixed-use redevelopment of a historic building, or at least its facade.
