http://www.mlive.com/wolverine s/other/index.ssf/2009/03/mich igan_state_commits_to_play.htm l Here's hoping that Sparty can get their shit together by then. It'd be a bit of a letdown for 100,000+ people to watch Michigan beat up on a sub-.500 team. Better for them to beat up on a top-10 team. |

Wow, I just heard about this for the first time. AWESOME. Yes, outdoor games in football stadiums are becoming common, but this is the BIG HOUSE, and there is honestly the potential to fill it, especially if they have it prior to students leaving for holiday break. |

Yep, ten months prior to the game in Michigan Stadium, the Wolverines will be going to Wisconsin and playing in Camp-Randall stadium. |

The Outhouse is a lousy place to watch a football game,Im sure the same will go for hockey. But as a college hockey pucknut, I'll be there. These games are seriously losing their luster. The original cold war and the frozen tundra classic were enough for the college game. Let the NHL do an annual game if they want, but leave college hockey alone! |

Ha! U.S college hockey is equal to farm team for the CFL. Both make me puke. |

The mostly below-ground Big House and its amazingly docile fan atmosphere is probably the worst major football stadium experiene. Maybe it has finally found its true calling... |
