Related to the property tax discussions - is there any way to argue this extra $300 away? Based maybe on fairness?
My example: most of my neighbors have scavanged a second dumpster and now they put out two full dumpsters on garbage day. Even the old lady next door has two dumpsters - one for her lawn debris, leaves, etc. She has a hardship (her scam!) exemption and does not pay any taxes at all.
Meanwhile I recycle paper,bottles, plastic and mostly only have to bring my dumpster to the curb every two weeks.
Why am I paying the full price and all the others are not paying twice?
Any way around this? |
