I know Kwame created a lot of this mess that Cockrell is trying to clean up, but it's not like City Council didn't lend a hand. I have my doubts about whether Joe Harris will be able to bring about some real fiscal change/sanity since his boss, Cockrell, played a key role in making this mess as council president. |
