A lot of really beautiful pictures there, particularly the panoramic Grand Circus Park shots. I also liked the series of shots showing the now lost Monroe block at several dates in the early 1900s. But a lot of the "info" given is quite wrong. "City Hall 1984" - ummmm, I think not. | ||

What's LOC-HABS? I'd love to take a look at it if it has pictures like these. The only reason I found this site is because I was staying at a hotel in Times Square that had some awesome pictures of old NY. It was a nice surprise to see they had Detroit as well. | ||
