Got people coming down for the lions game...word on the streets is 75s is closed for repairs.

does anyone know where this begins? Will they be able to detour Davison west to The Lodge? Thanks for any quick help!

It's closed from the Davison down to I-94

So they will be able to use the Davison as a detour? Anyone else I would say just figure it out, but I gotta stay on the good side of my girlfriends parents!

where are they coming from?

FROM DAVISON
7: Take the M-10 S exit on the LEFT toward DOWNTOWN
8: Merge onto MI-10 S/ JOHN C LODGE FWY
9: Take EXIT 2C toward GD RIVER AVE
10: Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto JOHN C LODGE FWY.
11: Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto GRAND RIVER AVE.
12: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto 3RD ST.
13: Turn LEFT onto FISHER FWY W.
14: Turn RIGHT onto BRUSH ST.
15: End at 2000 Brush St Detroit, MI 48226

Thats what I figured, just didnt know if the ramps were open. Thanks a bunch!

On a related note it sure helps living downtown. Parking across from my building is like $25 but my visitor lot is free!

Here is are a couple of solutions if you don't want to be impacted by construction traffic.

1. Live closer to your destinations.
2. Learn the non-freeway street system
3. Ride transit. The more folks on the bus the fewer cars clogging the roads.
