No, it must be signed in person on an actual hard copy. Around 25,000 sigs (or less) to go last I heard. 1.Where are you located? 2. Can you gather ten or twenty like-minded people who'd also like to sign up? Set up a time and place and I or another of the folks will make the effort to stop by. I'm happy to travel for signatures, but I'd like it to be worthwhile in terms of time invested.
