I thought it was a little bit of a thin night as far as crowds go. I have seen it much busier. Highlights for me were the Mikhal Caldwell trio. (fantastic jazz/fusion/progressive), pulled pork and peach cobbler. Photos: http://www.detroitstockphotos. com/Production/PhotoGroupView. aspx?pbid=4&msa=1&pgid=1750693 5 |

My guess (about the thinner crowds) is a combination of the economy and the weather we're having. |

True... I also thought that maybe that Rothbury Festival pulled a little bit from the usual numbers. |

I'm going to see Seun Kuti this evening. Schedule says 5:30PM, but Craig Folley said this morning (on Detroit Today) that they are playing at 8:00. Anyone know which it really is? I haven't got a lot of free time but I want to go over for that one and Calexico. |

Otter, They have an official website...which says Seun Kuti is playing at 5:30 at the MC Casino stage. Craig Fahle either made a mistake, or you heard it wrong...either possible...but Craiggy doesn't usually trip on stuff like that. Cheers |

Thanks, Gannon. I had seen the 5:30 on the official site, but, as you say, Craig (these dang last names are never spelled like what they sound lke!) usually gets things right. He did say eight pee emm, tho. |
