This is a really impressive car. I heard about the company a few years ago from a family friend, and I got a good look at their running prototype when they brought it up here to show to my employer in October. Now let's see if they can get it through to production.

I've seen several prototypes for every car actually built, by a corporation that can actually build them. This won't fly either.

They won't be on the used market. They'll be bought back and recycled.

It's their own platform. Everything is their own except the powertrain.

One potential problem may be parts.

Cop cars tend to be wrecked and abused quite a bit more frequently than your average grocery-getter. If a police dept. buys a few of these, they won't be looking to have one out of commission for a couple months because no windshields are available.
