Very interesting read. While we whine about the setbacks of the strip shopping centers, many in Iraq dream of moving her.

Ths reminds me of the old saying,

Forget east side vs. west side, Warren Christian Iraqis vs. Dearborn Muslim Iraqis. Like east side Chaldeans vs. West side Muslims. I didn't know they were like that. It only validifies that Detroit is probably the most segregated metro areas in the US

Wait what do you mean east side Chaldean vs west side Muslims? Chaldeans are much more established here on the west side than the east side counterparts where they are lower working class. if by westside you mean Dearborn then your speaking totally different right there. And Chaldeans do not even like being called Iraqi, just like to say from iraq, by saying iraqi is depicting them into the arabic nationality which is not what Chaldean is.
