Hey everybody. I need some cool patio furniture for my deck. I live downtown in cass corridor, and Im looking for some antique looking (but low costing ha ha) pieces. Maybe even contemporary pieces. Ill go to ikea as a last resort, but I like to support the downtown economy. Any body know any good places?

I heard you had a really big deck. Any neighbour ladies ever come over and sit . . .
(Sorry but I thought that skit was hilarious)

Too bad the Tiger Stadium seats weren't such a screwy deal. A set of them would make great patio furniture.

Hey Detroiterbychoice,

This might not be what you are looking for but I have a set of white wicker patio furniture consisting of 2 chairs, 1 double chair and a round table with a glass top. It's white and has flowered cushions. It has served me as a dining room set for the last years. But it's older and chipped, needs to be spray-painted (I have done that before once and it worked pretty well). I'm giving it away to anybody who will pick it up at my place on E. Jefferson between tomorrow morning and Thursday morning. I'm moving out of the country, so either somebody takes it or it will go into the dumpster. Just an idea. If interested, email me at juliette dot emonts at gmail dot com

I don't know where they have these locally, but I love those retro metal tulip chairs in primary colors. I got red ones for my front porch.

While were at it, I need a decent throwaway sofa for my annual Dalley in the Alley "Martini Couch" Dont need it right away of course. It earns you free blue cheese stuffed olive martinis, extra dry, and a seat with a great view on the luxurious sofa you supply.
